This patient came to our office because she did not like the appearance of her square teeth, the overlapping teeth and the uneven amount of gum showing on right side of her smile. The patient refused to go through orthodontic treatment, but wanted quick results. Keeping in mind that the patient was in a hurry to have the treatment done, Dr. Sandrine Riboul proposed porcelain veneers on ten upper teeth to correct the overlapping teeth and address the square teeth. As you can see before Dr. Sandrine Riboul places the permanent teeth, she first places the temporary teeth allowing the patient to look at and feel the new teeth in the mouth. This way Dr. Sandrine Riboul is able to make any necessary changes or desires the patient might have prior to having the permanent’s teeth cemented on. Prior to applying the veneers, Dr. Sandrine Riboul performed gum recontouring on the right side of the patient’s mouth, to correct the uneven slanted look of the patients original smile.
